Two apps carry the platform off the desk: one shared by the drivers on the road and the customer teams sending them, one for the team watching the fleet. Both are provisioned by your organisation — there is no self sign-up, and an account only works once Mamastops has issued it.

One app, two seats. Drivers use it on the road to pay for fuel, parking, tolls, and border clearance by scanning a QR code — drawing on a wallet their operator funds, so no cash crosses a border. Customers use it to place and manage orders away from a desk. Everyone signs in the same way, by one-time password, and lands on the home screen their role gives them.

For drivers

Getting your people onto the app

Accounts are issued by Mamastops as part of onboarding — neither a driver nor a customer user can register on their own. Once your operation is set up, send your drivers and your team to mamastops.com/get-app, which detects the handset and opens the correct store. It works as a printed QR code at a depot or station counter just as well as a WhatsApp message.
