Mamastops provides a B2B logistics platform for trucking companies operating across Africa. Our services include:

• Cashless fuel payment and management
• GPS tracking and fleet management
• Border clearance coordination
• Digital wallet and payment services
• Trip management and monitoring
• Electronic Proof of Delivery (EPOD)

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Users agree to pay all fees associated with services used on the platform. Payment terms, including credit facilities, are subject to separate agreements and approval. All transactions processed through our platform are subject to our payment processing terms and applicable fees.

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Check our System Status page for current service availability.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on our platform. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
